    EAP: CONFIDENTIALITY IS KEY

The Employee Assistance Program is provided through an arrangement with Health Advocate, which is not affiliated with The Standard. Any help you receive from the EAP is completely confidential. Your name, records and other confidential information are not shared with Locke Lord.

HOW TO USE THE EAP

If you need assistance, you can call and speak to an EAP counselor. Counselors are available 24 hours a day, including holidays. Reach out through the mobile EAP app or by phone, online, live chat, and email.

The toll-free phone number to call is:  Toll-Free: (888) 293.6948

Email: [email protected]

Sometimes a telephone call is all it takes. But if you want or need additional counseling, you can schedule an appointment with an EAP counselor for face-to-face assessment. Locke Lord will pay for up to three sessions per person per issue each year. If you need additional assistance, the EAP can also suggest community resources or help you coordinate continued treatment through your medical plan with participating providers or your PCP. EAP counselors are available for counseling 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
