Welcome to Locke Lord!

We realize that your first week at the firm will be hectic, and wanted to provide you with a quick summary of the firm benefits.  During your first week, you’ll meet with a member of our Benefits Team to review the Locke Lord benefit plans in detail.

Partners, Attorneys, and Team Members who are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week, are eligible to participate in the medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans, and other additional benefts. Coverage is available for you, your spouse (opposite or same sex), or domestic partner (opposite or same sex) and/or your child(ren), step-chidren, and those of a domestic partner up to age 28. If you decide to waive medical coverage now, you may be eligible to enroll later after a “qualifying event” (marriage, divorce, adoption, or birth of a child, death of a family member or loss of medical coverage) or during the next open enrollment period.
